近年来,随着俄罗斯农业的逆势恢复与出口的不断增长,作为全国对俄贸易大省和农业大省,黑龙江省对俄农产品贸易也受到了一定冲击。通过对当下现状的分析,针对机遇的把握、挑战的应对,提出了推动黑龙江省对俄贸易的改善和提升的对策建议。

In recent years,with the recovery of Russian agriculture and the continuous growth of exports,Heilongjiang province,as a major trading province and agricultural province with Russia,has also suffered certain impacts on its agricultural trade with Russia. Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the improvement and promotion of Heilongjiang’s trade with Russia in view of the grasp of opportunities and the response to challenges.
