国外公共价值理论研究的知识图谱、研究热点与拓展空间——基于SSCI(1998-2018)的可视化分析

Knowledge Map, Research Hotspot and Expansion Space of Foreign Public Value Theory Researches:Visualization Analysis Based on SSCI(1998-2018)

伴随新公共管理理论的日渐式微,公共价值理论逐渐成为公共行政学界讨论的新热潮。以Web of Science数据库收录的发表于1998-2018年的675篇公共价值研究的SSCI文献为研究样本,在初步勾勒研究文献的时间脉络、国家分布与学科方向的基础上,借助CiteSpace软件系统梳理了该领域的经典文献和研究热点演进过程,并结合突现文献分析了该领域的研究前沿-主要聚焦在范式演进与理论建构、公众参与机制的完善和公共价值测量方法三个方面。国内外学者应该通过进一步的概念精化和更为严格的实证检验来解决当前该理论面临的挑战,中国学者尤应重视对于公共价值理论的研究以改善目前在该领域中的边缘地位。

With the gradual decline of the new public management theory, the public value theory has gradually become a new upsurge in the discussion of public administration. Taking the 675 pieces of SSCI literature published in1998-2018(Web of Science database) as the research sample, we first sorted out the time context, national distribution and subject direction of the research literature, then we used CiteSpace software to draw the scientific knowledge map of public value theory research. We systematically sorted out the classic literature and the evolution process of research hotspots in this field, and finally analyzed the research frontier in this field by burst literature mainly focusing on three aspects: paradigm evolution and theoretical construction, improvement of public participation mechanism and public value measurement method. Scholars should solve the current challenges of this theory by further conceptual refinement and more rigorous empirical tests. Chinese scholars should pay special attention to the study of public value theory to improve its marginal position in this field.
