富硒酵母和小球藻复合物对ICR小鼠免疫力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨富硒酵母和小球藻复合物对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法:健康ICR小鼠240只分成4组,每组60只,组内设3个剂量组和1个对照组,以0.375、0.750、2.250 g·kg^-1·d^-1连续灌胃30 d后,分别进行迟发型变态反应试验、半数溶血值测定和抗体生成细胞检测、碳廓清试验、吞噬鸡红细胞试验、NK细胞活性检测和ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验。结果:3个剂量组足趾肿胀度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);中剂量组淋巴细胞增殖能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);低、高剂量组小鼠的抗体生成细胞数明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠半数溶血值(HC50)明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);高剂量组小鼠的吞噬率、吞噬指数明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其他指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:富硒酵母和小球藻复合物具有增强免疫力的功能。 Objective: To study the impact of a combination of selenium-enriched yeast and chlorella compound on the immunity function in ICR mice. Methods: A total of 240 ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 batches,each batch consisted of 3 dosage groups( 0. 375,0. 750 and 2. 250 g·kg^-1·d^-1) and negative control group.After administered with the compound for 30 days by intragastric infusion,the mice were subjected to delayed type hypersensitivity( DTH),serum hemolysin determination( HC50) and antibody producing cell detection,mice carbon clearance test,mice peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis test,NK cell activity assay and ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation test,respectively. Results: The results showed that swelling degree of toes of 3 dose groups were higher than that of negative control group,the capacity of the CONA-induced lymphocyte proliferation of middle dose group was stronger than that of the negative control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The quantity of antibody forming cells of middle dose group and high dose group were higher than that of negative control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The level of HC50 of high dose group was higher than that of negative control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of high dose group were higher than that of negative control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). However,the compound had no statistically difference on other indicators. Conclusion: The selenium-enriched yeast and chlorella compound can strengthen immunity function of mice.
