摘要
为了预测丙烯油池火灾的火焰特性,采用FDS模拟丙烯大型储罐罐内池火。结合油池火焰的发展规律,探究热辐射强度和丙烯火焰烟气的变化规律。通过设置热电偶参数得到水平方向及竖直方向的温度分布规律。此外通过对热释放速率规律的研究,拟合曲线得出丙烯储罐热释放速率的经验公式,为进一步研究丙烯池火的特性打下基础。
In order to predict the flame characteristics of propylene oil pool fire, FDS was used to simulate the pool fire in large propylene tank. Combining with the development law of oil pool flame, the variation law of thermal radiation intensity and propylene flame smoke was explored. Temperature distributions in horizontal and vertical directions are obtained by setting thermocouple parameters. In addition, the empirical formula of heat release rate of propylene tank is obtained through fitting curve of the study of heat release rate law, which lays a foundation for further study on the characteristics of propylene pool fire.
