直射—旋流预混细水雾喷头设计及灭油火实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对直射喷头雾化角小以及机械旋流喷头穿透性差的问题,设计了直射-旋流预混细水雾喷头。建立喷头流场模型并进行仿真对比分析,得出直射喷口直径及喷口距离变化对雾化性能的影响规律。结果表明,直射喷口直径为1.5 mm,喷口距离为1.0 mm时,总喷口的切向速度和轴向速度大小及分布均比较理想,能达到很好的雾化效果。通过灭油类火实验表明,设计的直射-旋流预混细水雾喷头对于火场温度的抑制效果比普通喷头更好,相对于普通喷头灭火时间缩短20%。 Direct-swirl premixed water mist nozzle was designed for the problem of small atomization angle of direct nozzle and poor penetration of mechanical swirl nozzle. A nozzle flow field model was established and comparative simulation analysis was carried out, the influence of nozzle diameter and nozzle distance on atomization performance was obtained.The results showed that when direct nozzle diameter is 1.5 mm with nozzle distance of 1.0 mm, tangential speed and axial velocity of the total nozzle will be ideal and it has good atomization effect. Through the oil-fire extinguishing test, designed nozzle has better suppression effect on fire field temperature than ordinary nozzle, and extinguishing time is shortened by 20%.
