摘要
针对印尼一号双塔项目超大深基坑施工,通过土方快速开挖、出土口垂直驳运、地下型钢外包柱分段浇筑等关键技术创新及应用,有效保证逆作施工效率,控制逆作施工期间基坑变形。同时对地下连续墙变形数据进行分析,并结合分析结果,建议后期类似施工通过在坡道坡顶区域进行钢支撑加密处理,可有效减小坡道处基坑变形值。
Aiming at the super-large deep foundation excavation construction of Indonesia One twin towers project, the key technologies such as rapid excavation of earthwork , vertical barge at excavation outlet, subsection pouring of underground steel enclosure columns are innovated and applied to effectively guarantee the efficiency of reverse construction and control the deformation of foundation excavation during reverse construction. At the same time, the deformation data of diaphragm wall is analyzed, and combined with the analysis results, it is suggested that similar construction in the later stage can effectively reduce the deformation value of foundation excavation at the slope by encrypting the steel support in the slope top area.
