摘要
针对在复杂地质和城市环境修建隧道和进行地下空间开发过程中极易发生地表坍塌、突水涌泥、大变形、构筑物沉降、管线破坏、交通中断等灾害问题,结合当前地下空间开发理念和技术理念,研发了一种全断面支撑掩护循环式移动盾护技术。采用simulation和MIDAS/GTS数值模拟软件对该盾护结构进行受力验算,证明了盾护结构合理安全,可以适应零埋深暗挖法开挖。并通过在试验基地的试验分析表明,该盾护结构可适应复杂地质和城市环境,对地层和城市生态环境实现微扰动,具有断面和埋深适应性好、可快速转换断面形式和大小、环保经济等特点。重点从技术理念、特点、工法、试验情况以及发展和应用方向对全断面支撑掩护循环式移动盾护施工技术进行探讨。
In view of the disasters such as surface collapse, water inrush and mud gushing, large deformation , settlement of structures, pipeline destruction, traffic interruption and so on, which are very easy to occur during the construction of tunnels in complex geological and urban environments and underground space development, a full-face supporting and shielding circular mobile shield is developed based on the current underground space development concepts and technical concepts. By using simulation and MIDAS/GTS numerical simulation software to check the stress of the shield structure , it is proved that the shield structure is reasonable and safe, and can be adapted to zero-buried deep excavation method. The application analysis in construction site shows that the shield structure can adapt to complex geological and urban environment, realize micro-disturbance to stratum and urban ecological environment, and has the characteristics of good adaptability to cross-section and burial depth, rapid conversion of cross-section form and size, environmental protection and economy. This paper mainly discusses the construction technology of circular mobile shield with full-face support and shield from the aspects of technical concept, characteristics, construction method, experimental situation, development and application direction.
