摘要
采用高锰钢辙叉模型跟趾端成组化设计,规避模型跟趾端传统设计芯盒的工艺,直接消除了铸造生产过程中由于人工制芯组芯带来的一系列铸造缺陷。成组化设计取消了制芯作业工序,优化了造型工艺,提高了铸型质量与生产效率。
Unitized design of high manganese steel frog pattern with heel and toe is adopted to avoid the traditional design of the pattern with separate core boxes of heel and toe, which directly solves a series of casting defects caused by manual core-making in the process of casting. In this way, the core-making process will be cancelled, the molding process will be optimized, and the quality of casting mold and production efficiency can be improved.
