摘要
针对现有洗砂机的水循环性和经济性问题,提出了水循环螺旋洗砂机的设计理念。以玉溪市东风广场为例,对现有螺旋洗砂机进行了改进,设计出了水循环螺旋洗砂机。实验表明,水循环螺旋洗砂机能够实现水的循环利用,节约水资源,同时可以通过喷淋管进行二次喷淋清洗,提高了螺旋洗砂机的清洗效果。玉溪东风广场铺装面积大,需要清理大量的砂石,通过水循环螺旋洗砂机的运用,实现了水资源的循环利用并控制了项目成本,同时还为施工提高了砂石品质。
In view of the problems of circulation and economy of existing sand washing machines, the design concept of water circulation spiral sand washing machine was proposed. Taking Dongfeng Square as an example, the existing spiral sand washing machine was improved and a water circulation spiral sand washing machine was designed. Experiments showed that the water circulation spiral sand washer realized the recycling utilization of water and saved water resources. At the same time, the secondary spray cleaning could be carried out with spray pipe, which improved the cleaning effect of the spiral sand washer. Due to the large-scale pavement of Yuxi Dongfeng Square, a large number of sand and stone needed to be cleaned. Through the usage of water circulation spiral sand washer, the water resources could be recycled and the project cost could be controlled, and the quality of sand and stone was improved for construction.
