校企合作背景下空中乘务实训项目管理研究

Research on Project Management of Air Crew Training Under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation

空中乘务专业作为高职院校较受欢迎的专业,近年来取得了较快发展。进一步壮大我国高职空中乘务专业,促进空乘专业人员的就业,各校采取了多种实践措施,其中校企合作是最为直接有效的措施。建设行之有效的校企合作,是高职空中乘务专业发展的基础。然而,由于院校之间存在差异进而导致校企合作不平衡,从而影响整个合作的进度。本文从高职院校与企业两方面进行了综合分析,并总结出相关问题及现状需求,汇集政府与民航各部门对空中乘务专业的建设意见和有效措施,以使校企合作更加坚固。

As the top specialty in higher vocational colleges, air crew specialty has the importance of its existence. In order to promote the employment of flight attendants in higher vocational colleges, a variety of practical measures have been taken in order to develop the specialty of air crew in higher vocational colleges and promote the employment of flight attendants. School-enterprise cooperation is the most direct and effective way of sustainable development, and the construction of effective school-enterprise cooperation is the basis for the rapid and steady development of the air crew specialty in higher vocational colleges in the future. However, because of the differences between colleges and universities, there are various deviations in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, which affect the progress of the cooperation. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the two aspects of higher vocational colleges and enterprises, and summarizes the relevant questions. In order to make the cooperation between school and enterprise more solid, this paper gathers the opinions and effective measures of government and civil aviation departments on the construction of air crew specialty.
