大学生述情障碍对抑郁的影响：手机成瘾倾向的中介作用

The Effect of College Students’ alexithymia on Depression:The Mediating Role of Smart-Phone Addiction Tendency

目的——探讨大学生述情障碍、抑郁及手机成瘾倾向之间的关系及内在作用机制。方法——选择述流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)、手机成瘾倾向量表和情障碍问卷对490名从大一到大三的大学生进行施测。结果——(1)述情障碍、抑郁以及手机成瘾倾向两两之间具有显著正相关;(2)述情障碍可以通过手机成瘾倾向的中介作用对抑郁产生影响。结论----手机成瘾倾向在大学生述情障碍对抑郁的影响中起完全中介作用。

Objective: The present study was to investigate the relationship and inner mechanism among college students' alexithymia, smart phone addiction tendency and depression. Methods: A sample of 490 college students were assed with Alexithymia Test, the Smart-phone Addiction Tendency Scale for college student and CES-D Self-Report Depression Scale. Results:(1) Alexithymia was positively correlated with depression and smart phone addiction tendency;(2) Alexithymia could affected depression through smart phone addiction tendency. Conclusion: Smart phone addiction tendency overall mediated the relationship between alexithymia and depression.
