视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术疗效的影响因素

Affecting factors of the efficacy of scleral buckling for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

目的探讨原发性孔源性视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术疗效的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2015年4月至2018年8月巩膜扣带术治疗原发性孔源性视网膜脱离43例(43眼)的临床资料。分析其疗效的影响因素。结果43例中仅有1个裂孔者38例,占88.4%。视网膜复位率86.0%。术前视力及视网膜裂孔的数目均与视网膜复位率密切相关(P=0.006,0.002)。视网膜复位成功患者根据症状持续时间分时段分析术后3个月视力差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论术前视力好及视网膜裂孔数目少者,术后视网膜复位率高。

Objective To investigate affecting factors of the efficacy of scleral buckling surgery for the treatment of primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods The data of 43 eyes of 43 patients with primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treated with scleral buckling from Apr. 2015 to Aug. 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. The affecting factors of the efficacy were analyzed. Results There were 38 eyes (88.4%) with a single tear before surgery. The rate of retina reattachment was 86.0%. The preoperative visual acuity and the number of retinal tears were closely related to the retinal reattachment rate (P=0.006, 0.002). The difference in visual acuity of successful retinal reattachment patients at 3 months after operation was statistically significant according to the duration of symptoms (P=0.046). Conclusion Postoperative anatomical reattachment is best achieved in cases with good preoperative visual acuity and less retinal tears.
