研发模式对企业创新绩效影响的Meta分析

The Meta Analysis of the Relationship between R&D Pattern and Innovation Performance

通过运用Meta分析方法对57篇相互独立的文献进行综合,研究了研发模式与创新绩效的相关关系以及发展环境、行业因素、中介变量、绩效类型对于两者关系的调节作用。结果表明:内部研发、合作研发、技术购买与创新绩效均显著正相关,而且内部研发与创新绩效的相关强度最强,合作研发次之、技术购买最小;发展环境、行业因素、中介变量均起到调节两者关系作用,绩效测量类型对于内部研发、合作研发与创新绩效的关系具有调节作用,而对于技术购买与创新绩效的关系调节作用不明显。

Based on 57 independent samples, this paper used Meta-analysis to study on the relationship between R&D pattern and innovation performance, and the moderating effect of development environment, industry factors, intermediary variables and performance types on the relationship among them. Results showed that, three types of R&D pattern ( internal R&D, cooperative R&D, technology purchase) all had positive significant relationships with innovation performance, and the internal R&D had the strongest relationship with innovation performance. The development environment, industry type and intermediary variable all had a regulatory effect on the relationship between R&D pattern and innovation performance while the measurement of innovation performance had no regulatory effect on the relationship of technology purchase and innovation performance.
