摘要 对在冰区航行船舶柴油机推进轴系运行过程中螺旋桨与冰块相互作用特点及各阶段螺旋桨冰载荷激励力矩时域特性进行研究.采用集总参数法建立扭转振动当量模型,运用Newmark-β法对基于冰载荷作用下某船舶推进轴系进行时域瞬态扭转振动理论计算与分析.基于VB.NET软件开发平台与MATLAB软件进行混合编程,开发了通用的冰区航行船舶推进轴系时域瞬态振动计算与分析的工程应用软件,并与国外软件计算报告进行对比分析,对软件的正确性进行了验证.这项研究对船舶推进轴系在极地/冰区海域的安全性运行提供了理论指导. In the course of propulsion shafting operation of marine diesel engine in the ice area, interaction between propeller and ice and driving torque under the load of ice propeller in each stage is studied. An equivalent torsional vibration model is established by the method of aggregate parameters, and theoretical calculation and analysis of instantaneously torsional vibration of a ship propulsion shafting under ice load are carried out by the method called as Newmark-β. Software VB.NET and MATLAB are used for mixed programming, and the software for calculating transient vibration of ship propulsion shafting is developed and compared with calculation results by corresponding foreign software. The research provides theoretical guidance for safe operation of ship propulsion shafts in polar/ice area.
