摘要
传统化学治疗存在对正常组织有严重毒副作用的缺点,阻碍了其在临床治疗中的广泛应用。随着基于肿瘤内部催化化学反应的癌症诊疗学的快速发展,通过利用肿瘤内部催化化学反应的"高效"和"特异性",纳米催化医学有望解决传统化疗存在的问题。本综述将详细地讨论通过内源性肿瘤微环境或者外源性物理刺激触发的肿瘤内化学反应用于多模式成像导航下的催化治疗以及结合其他治疗模式的多功能治疗,并讨论了纳米催化医学在未来临床转化中的应用前景和面临的挑战。
Traditional chemotherapeutic treatment has the disadvantage of serious toxic side effects on normal tissues, which hinders its broad application in clinical treatment. With the rapid development of cancer theranositcs based on the catalytic chemical reactions in tumor microenvironment, by utilizing the "efficacy" and "specificity" of catalytic chemical reactions inside tumors, nanocatalytic medicine is expected to solve the critical issues encountered in traditional chemotherapy. This review will discuss in detail the intratumoral chemical reactions triggered by endogenous tumor microenvironment or exogenous physical stimulation for multimodal imaging-guided nanocatalytic therapy and synergsitic therapy in combination with other treatment modalities, and discuss the prospects and challenges of nanocatalytic medicine in future clinical transformation.
