乡村振兴战略下返乡农民工创新创业生态系统构建

The Research on Entrepreneurial Ecosystem for Returning Migrant Labors under the Guidance of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略作为农村发展的新动能,为农村创新创业打造了可持续生态,也为构建城乡等值化格局提供了现实性指导。本文基于乡村振兴战略背景,以返乡农民工作为研究主体,以农村创新创业作为研究目标,拟构建"大众创业、万众创新"背景下的返乡农民工创新创业生态系统。在创新创业生态系统构建的基础上,有针对性地提出了注重乡村振兴的统筹作用、凝聚创新精神的激励作用、发挥返乡农民工的主体作用、强化资本的整合作用以及坚持政府的主导作用等对策建议,以期解决返乡农民工就业与岗位不匹配问题,帮助农民工提升返乡创新创业成功率,助力乡村振兴战略顺利实施。

As a new impetus for rural development, the strategy of rural revitalization creates a sustainable ecosystem for the innovation entrepreneurship in rural areas, as well as provides a realistic guidance for the equivalence achievement between urban and rural areas. This article intends to construct entrepreneurial ecosystem for returning migrant labors under the guidance of rural revitalization. On the basis of the above analysis, some corresponding policies have been raised for the settlement of mismatching between returning migrant labors and employment posts, including the concern of rural revitalization's overall planning, the condensation of innovative spirifs encouragement, the development of returning migrant labors' subjectivity, the consolidation of capital's concordance and the insistence of the government's dominance, which also helps to increase entrepreneurial success rate and sound implementation for rural revitalization strategy.
