包容性增长视域下民营经济竞争力研究——基于四川、浙江的对比分析

Research on the Competitiveness of Private Economy from the Perspective of Inclusive Growth——Based on a Comparative Analysis between Sichuan and Zhejiang Province

包容性增长强调民营经济参与社会经济活动的平等性和主动性。包容性增长视域下,竞争力是民营经济平等主动参与市场竞争的基石,也是决定民营经济能否实现高质量发展的关键因素。与东部发达地区相比较,西部地区民营经济发展整体滞后。本文选取四川、浙江作为西部、东部地区典型省份进行比较分析,发现四川民营经济无论在总量、结构还是民营企业规模上与浙江均存在较大差距。通过层次分析法与熵权法进行组合赋权,对四川、浙江民营经济竞争力进行考量,发现四川民营经济相较于浙江整体竞争力较弱,尤其在企业成长力、区域规模等方面与浙江存在较大差距,生产力、整合力和市场力综合指数与浙江差距则相对较小。提升四川乃至整个西部地区民营经济竞争力需要从组织模式转型、发展模式转型和产业转型升级等方面同时发力。

Inclusive growth emphasizes the equality and initiative of the private economy to participate in social and economic activities, while competitiveness is the cornerstone of the private economy's active participation in market competition and the key factor determining whether the private economy can achieve high-quality development. The overall development of the private economy in the western region of China has a large gap with the eastern region. Zhejiang and Sichuan are selected as the typical provinces in the eastern and western regions for comparative analysis. It finds that there is a big gap between Sichuan's private economy and Zhejiang in terms of total volume, structure and private enterprise scale. Through the combination of AHP and entropy method, the economic competitiveness of Sichuan and Zhejiang provinces is considered. It is found that Sichuan's private economy is weaker than Zhejiang's overall competitiveness, and there is a big gap with Zhejiang in terms of enterprise growth and regional scale. The gaps in productivity, integration and market power composite index between Sichuan and Zhejiang are relatively small. To enhance the competitiveness of the private economy in Sichuan province and the entire western region, it is necessary to conduct organizational model transformation, development model transformation, industrial transformation and upgrading.
