摘要
为了提高预制电缆连接可靠性,需要进行电缆的可靠性建模分析,提出一种基于线簧连接技术的预制电缆连接可靠性测试方法。采用双曲面线簧连接方法进行预制电缆连接,线簧孔中多根独立的线簧丝同时接触,计算预制电缆连接的电流和输出电压,采用电压增益稳定补偿控制方法进行预制电缆的连接可靠性测量,结合线簧连接技术构成多个独立的电流通路,实现预制电缆的优化连接,提高预制电缆与电气设备连接的可靠性和连通性。仿真结果表明,采用该技术进行预制电缆连接的可靠性较好,输出电流及电压等参数的稳定性较高,保持电接触的高可靠性。
In order to improve the reliability of prefabricated cable connection,it is necessary to model and analyze the reliability of the cable,and a reliability test method of prefabricated cable connection based on wire spring connection technology is proposed.The hyperbolic wire spring connection method is used to connect the prefabricated cable.The current and output voltage of the prefabricated cable connection are calculated by contacting several independent wire spring wires in the wire spring hole at the same time.The voltage gain stability compensation control method is used to measure the connection reliability of the prefabricated cable.Combined with the wire spring connection technology,several independent current paths are formed to realize the optimal connection of the prefabricated cable and improve reliability and connectivity of prefabricated cables to electrical equipment.The simulation results show that the reliability of prefabricated cable connection with this technique is good,the stability of output current and voltage is high,and the reliability of electrical contact is high.
