分区式中压配电网结构自动规划方法 被引量:1

An automatic planning method for medium voltage distribution networks with flexible constraints

摘要 传统中压配电网架自动规划方法容易导致供电区域电气负荷域过窄,从而影响供电效果。对此提出了考虑柔性约束的中压配电网网架自动规划方法。建立配电网网架柔性约束规划模型,采用启发式算法和遗传算法相结合的方式,求取电网网架最优排列解,根据最优解,对中压配电网电网架辐射网络进行优化,确定电网网架路径数,将各电网负荷分配到各条路径上;最后在辐射挽留过的基础上重构电网联络线,实现中压配电网网架自动规划。实验数据表明,相比较传统配电网网架规划方法,设计的考虑柔性约束的中压配电网电网架自动规划算法区域负荷上限提高了27%,下限提高了15%,有效拓宽了区域电气负荷域,具有明显效果。 The traditional automatic planning method of medium voltage distribution network frame is easy to lead to too narrow electrical load area in the power supply area,thus affecting the power supply effect.An automatic planning method for medium voltage distribution networks with flexible constraints is proposed in this paper.The flexible constraint planning model of distribution network grid structure is established.The optimal arrangement solution of grid grid structure is obtained by combining heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm.According to the optimal solution,the radiation network of medium voltage distribution network grid structure is optimized.At last,the network connection line is reconstructed on the basis of radiation retention to realize the automatic planning of medium voltage distribution network frame.Experimental data show that compared with the traditional grid framework planning method of distribution network,the design of the automatic planning algorithm of medium voltage distribution network with flexible constraints has increased the upper limit of regional load by 27%and the lower limit by 15%,which has effectively widened the regional electric load domain and has obvious effect.
