摘要 为了实现对冷冻产品物流供应链的检测,提高冷链的可靠性与准确性,本文设计了一款基于射频识别技术和GPRS技术的冷链物流实时监控系统,采用射频识别技术对标签进行设计,并根据冷链物流不同的特点构建一个信息管理系统,以实现对产品的实时跟踪。冷链物流实时监控系统涉及的方面较广,比如客户、库存、采购和管理等工作,通过GPRS技术在生产、运输、消费的过程中进行产品的标签识别,并对标签信息进行采集存储。该系统会将收集到的标签信息通过GPRS信道传送到终端系统,以实现对冷链物流的监控。实验结果证明,通过射频识别技术和GPRS技术设计的冷链物流实时监控系统可以实现较好的监控功能。 In order to realize the inspection of refrigerated product logistics supply chain and improve the reliability and accuracy of cold chain,a real-time monitoring system of cold chain logistics is designed based on radio frequency identification technology and GPRS technology.The tags is designed with radio frequency identification technology,and an MIS is constructed according to the different characteristics of cold chain logistics.Management system is used to achieve real-time tracking of products.Real-time monitoring system of cold chain logistics covers a wide range of aspects,such as customer,inventory,procurement and management.In the process of production,transportation and consumption,the product label is identified by GPRS technology,and the label information is collected and stored.The system will transmit the collected label information to the terminal system through GPRS channel to realize the monitoring of cold chain logistics.The experimental results show that the cold chain logistics real-time monitoring system designed by radio frequency identification technology and GPRS technology can achieve better monitoring function.
