摘要
针对传统曳引式电梯钢丝绳组累加式拉力检测可能会存在互相干扰及误差累积的问题,利用丝杆传动原理,将钢丝绳组拉力转移到力传感器上,开发出一种电梯曳引绳组整体拉力检测装置。该装置整体夹持所需测量钢丝绳组后,可以直接测出电梯轿厢、对重质量或曳引轮两端钢丝绳组拉力,实验表明其测量误差在5‰以内。测量结果可用于电梯平衡系数计算、电梯曳引能力计算和钢丝绳与曳引轮比压计算等电梯安全检验过程中。
The existing tension testing devices gain the value of tension on elevator traction wire rope set by summing the separate value of tension of wire rope.By this means,the total value must be affected by the other wire ropes’ status changed,which could lead to a greater error.In order to address this problem.A new tension testing device has been developed to test the value of tension on the whole elevator wire rope set.This method avoids mutual interference and error accumulation.Testing results show that the measurement error is controlled under 5‰.This device could be used for measuring the value of tension in the process of testing elevator balance coefficient,traction capacity and specific pressure.
