Research on the coordinated control strategy of circulated fluidized bed heat storage

摘要 循环流化床锅炉运行中,燃料稳态热能的释放具有大滞后的特点影响着协调控制的调节速率、响应时间、调节精度、策略,电力调频辅助服务市场如期到来,几个月的试运行中,我厂循环流化床机组的综合调频性能K值低于0.5,无法进入市场。为有效提高循环流化床机组的综合调频性能指标,开展协调控制策略的研究。通过试验,充分利用锅炉蓄热,改变控制策略,在调频辅助服务市场中,能有效提高循环流化床机组的综合调频性能指标。 In the operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler,the release of steady state heat energy of fuel has the characteristics of large lag,which affects the adjustment rate,response time,adjustment precision and strategy of coordinated control.Power FM Auxiliary Service market arrived on schedule.A few months of trial operation,the comprehensive FM performance K value of circulating fluidized bed unit is less than 0.5,andit can not enter the market.In order to improve the Comprehensive FM performance index of circulating fluidized bed unit effectively,the coordinated control strategy is studied.Through the test,boiler heat storage is made full use,and the control strategy is changed.In the FM auxiliary Service market,it can effectively improve the comprehensive FM performance index of circulating fluidized bed unit.
