基于虚拟现实技术的激光冲击强化在线监测仪设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了实现激光冲击的在线视觉监测,提高对激光切割、激光武器打击等应用方面的精准度,提出一种虚拟现实技术的激光冲击强化在线监测仪设计方法。首先构建监测仪的总体设计模型,采用Microsoft Visual Studio开发组件进行激光冲击强化在线监测仪的可视化应用程序开发,由Vega Prime视景仿真端完成激光冲击成像采集和虚拟现实视景处理。然后采用TMS32010DSP芯片作为激光冲击信号和图像信息处理的主控芯片,进行监测仪的硬件设计,最后在Vc.net和Matlab7.0联合编程的软件平台上实现软件嵌入式开发设计。测试结果表明,采用该监测仪进行激光冲激波检测的视觉表达逼真度较高,能准确实现冲激强度参量估计,在线监测的准确性较好。 In order to realize the online visual monitoring of laser shock,laser cutting,laser weapon application accuracy,the method of laser shock enhanced on-line monitoring instrument based on virtual reality technology is proposed.Firstly,the overall design model of the monitoring instrument is constructed,and used the Microsoft Visual Studio development module to develop visual application program of the laser shock enhanced on-line monitoring instrument,by the Vega Prime visual simulation is completed by laser shock imaging and virtual reality scene,and then used TMS32010 DSP chip as the laser shock signal and image processing of the main control chip,hardware the design of monitor software,the embedded design is implemented in Vc.net and Matlab7.0 joint programming software platform.The test results show that the visual expression of laser shock wave detection with the monitor is high fidelity,and can accurately estimate the parameters of the shock intensity.
