压水堆核电站汽轮机非核冲转期间跳闸故障分析及维护 被引量:1

The event analysis of PWR steam turbine trip during the non-nuclear rushing

摘要 简单介绍某压水堆核电机组汽轮机调节保护系统硬件结构、网络构架,详细介绍该机组在冲转过挂闸后升速到100r/min时,汽轮机发生意外跳机的事件原因。通过对跳机过程、跳闸逻辑、VICKERS卡和汽机调节系统组态的分析,找出汽轮机跳机的真正原因,并提出切实可行的办法,解决了首次冲转跳机问题,并为后续汽轮机冲转提供宝贵的经验。 The hardware and network of one PWR steam turbine's protection and control system are introduced,and the steam turbine trip event cause is introduced in detail during speeding up to 100 RPM.The real reason of the steam turbine trip is found out by analysising the trip process,trip logic design,VICKERS card configuration and turbine control system configuration.After that,a feasible solution is proaided which is checked by the later non-nuclear rushing,and the conclusion also provides valuable experience for subsequent turbine rushing test.
