从内质网应激探讨2型糖尿病合并肥胖的脾虚痰湿病机

Discussion on Pathogenesis of Spleen-deficiency with Phlegm and Dampness in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Obese Based on Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress

脾虚痰湿是2型糖尿病合并肥胖的核心病机之一。通过分析糖脂代谢与内质网应激的关系及2型糖尿病合并肥胖的脾虚痰湿的中医病机,认为内质网应激可导致各种蛋白质分泌不足或功能异常从而引发糖脂等代谢紊乱,这与脾失健运(脾虚)所致气血精微运化失常的表现类似,故提出从内质网应激来探讨2型糖尿病合并肥胖的脾虚痰湿的中医病机。从内质网应激来探讨2型糖尿病合并肥胖的脾虚痰湿中医病机,可能为中医药防治2型糖尿病合并肥胖提供新思路。

Spleen-deficiency with phlegm and dampness is one of the core pathogeneses of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with obese. The relationship of the glucose and fat metabolism with endoplasmic reticulum stress as well as the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of spleen-deficiency with phlegm and dampness in T2DM complicated with obese was analyzed. The analysis results indicated that endoplasmic reticulum stress is contributed to the insufficiency of the secretion of proteins and their abnormal functions,and then induces the disorder of the glucose and fat metabolism, which has the similar manifestations of spleen failing in transportation of Qi, blood and food essence(i. e. spleen deficiency). Therefore, it is feasible to explore the modern mechanism of spleen-deficiency with phlegm and dampness in T2DM complicated with obese on the basis of endoplasmic reticulum stress,and the exploration will probably supply a new thought for the prevention and treatment of T2DM complicated with obese by Chinese medicine.
