This paper introduces the overview of the exhibited Chinese and foreign circular weft knitting machines on European Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA 2019,and expounds the technological innovations and the innovative technical characteristics of special parts for knitting circular weft machines,and prospects the frontier science and technology.The knitting innovation technology is elaborated,and more attention should be paid to the advancement of science and technology and the direction of industrial improvement.At present,China*s textile industry is still undergoing in-depth adjustment of its product and industrial structure,and such transformation and upgrading requires higher quality circular weft knitting machine as a support.Many manufacturers have accelerated the pace of'going out',indicating the confidence and attitude of China's circular weft knitting machine enterprises in dialogue with the industry.With the emergence of new technologies such as big data,internet of things,artificial intelligence,and 5G,circular weft knitting machine manufacturers must accelerate their integration and launch more advanced,efficient,stable,reliable products and technologies,as well as comprehensive services,to support the development of the global textile industry.
