摘要 介绍国际纺织机械展览会(ITMA 2019)针织圆纬机厂商的展出设备概况。阐述参展针织圆纬机及配套专用部件的技术创新,并对前沿科技进行展望。重点阐述展出的针织创新技术,更多地关注科技进步和产业提升方向。目前中国纺织业仍在持续进行产品及产业结构的深度调整,在转型升级中需要更高质量的针织机械作为支撑,很多厂商加快走出去的步伐。指出,随着大数据、物联网、人工智能及5G等新技术的涌现,针织圆纬机厂商必须加快深入融合的步伐,推出更高端、高效、稳定、可靠的产品和技术及全面的服务助力全球纺织业发展。 This paper introduces the overview of the exhibited Chinese and foreign circular weft knitting machines on European Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA 2019,and expounds the technological innovations and the innovative technical characteristics of special parts for knitting circular weft machines,and prospects the frontier science and technology.The knitting innovation technology is elaborated,and more attention should be paid to the advancement of science and technology and the direction of industrial improvement.At present,China*s textile industry is still undergoing in-depth adjustment of its product and industrial structure,and such transformation and upgrading requires higher quality circular weft knitting machine as a support.Many manufacturers have accelerated the pace of'going out',indicating the confidence and attitude of China's circular weft knitting machine enterprises in dialogue with the industry.With the emergence of new technologies such as big data,internet of things,artificial intelligence,and 5G,circular weft knitting machine manufacturers must accelerate their integration and launch more advanced,efficient,stable,reliable products and technologies,as well as comprehensive services,to support the development of the global textile industry.
