关于BS 7907:2007童装机械安全性能的探讨

Discussion on Safety Performance of BS 7907:2007 Children’s Wear Machinery

现行国家标准GB/T22704—2008《提高机械安全性的儿童服装设计和生产安全实施规范》引用了英国22年前发行旧英标BS7907:1997(提高机械安全性的儿童服装设计和生产安全实施规范》中的大部分内容,至今未更新。本文通过探讨新英标BS7907:2007,介绍了新英标BS7907:2007背景、范围,分析童装危险源和相关风险、童装事故统计及生产注意事项,对GB/T22704—2008中提出改进建议,以提高我国的童装质量。

The current national standard GB/T 22704—2008 "Code of Practice for Children’s Garment Design and Production Safety to Improve Mechanical Safety" quotes most of the contents of the old British Standard BS7907:1997 "Code of Practice for Children’s Garment Design and Production Safety to Improve Mechanical Safety"issued 22 years ago in Britain, which has not been updated up to now. By comparing BS 7907:2007, this paper introduced the background and scope of BS 7907:2007, analyzed the hazards and related risks of children’s wear,accidents statistics and production of children’s wear, and put forward suggestions for improving the problems in GB/T 22704—2008 in order to improve the quality of children’s wear in China.
