摘要
高职院校重视专业能力教育,忽略了职业素质教育。分析了工匠精神与职业素质内涵及联系,分析了职业素质教育中存在的工匠精神问题,提出了工匠精神融入高职院校职业素质教育的策略。
Higher vocational colleges attach importance to professional competence education and neglect vocational quality education. This paper analyses the connotation and connection of craftsman spirit and professional quality,analyses the problems of craftsman spirit existing in vocational quality education,and puts forward the strategies of integrating craftsman spirit into vocational quality education in higher vocational colleges.
