社会工作专业实践教学及基地建设创新研究——以广东工业大学为例

Innovative Research on Practical Teaching and Base Construction of Social Work Specialty——Take Guangdong University of Technology as an example

改革开放以来,我国社会结构急剧转型,社会问题不断增多,社会矛盾日益复杂,因而催生了社会工作职业的发展。但与欧美社会工作专业化教育与职业化服务同步发展的特点不同,我国社会工作走的是一条“教育先行,实践后生,自上而下”的发展之路,导致高校社会工作专业教育中普遍存在实践教学滞后,实务教学不足,实习教育薄弱等问题,难以满足社会工作职业化发展的需要,因此培养应用型社会工作专业人才应采取实践取向的教育模式。广东工业大学社会工作专业通过三年的实践探索,与广州市广爱社会工作服务中心共建职业教育与专业教学共举,立体式、多元化的高水平实践基地,并逐步形成了“234”实践教学模式,即“双师双督”、“三学三能”、“四体四习”的培养体系,推动了我国社会工作专业教育与职业化的有效整合。

Since the reform and opening up,China's social structure has changed dramatically,social problems are increasing,and social contradictions are becomingmore andmore complex,thus giving birth to the development of socialwork profession.However, unlike the characteristics of the simultaneous development of professional education and professional services in Europe and America, China's social work is on the way of "education first,practice afterlife,top-down". As a result,problems such as lagging practice teaching,insufficient practice teaching and weak practice education are common in social work education in Colleges and universities, whichmake it difficult tomeet the professional development of social work. In order tomeet the needs of training applied social work professionals,we should adopt a practical-oriented education model. Through three years of practical exploration,social work specialty of Guangdong University of Technology and Guang Ai Social Work Service Center of Guangzhou City jointly built a highlevel practice base of vocational education and professional teaching,three-dimensional and diversified,and gradually formed a "234" practical teaching mode,namely the training system of "double teachers,double supervisors","three learning,three abilities","four bodies and four learning",which promoted effective integration of professional education and professionalization.
