摘要
随着社会的不断发展,各行各业对于人才的要求也逐渐提高。如今“产教融合、协同育人”是教育业发展的主要方向,同时也是在当前的市场经济中实现“校企合作共赢”的最为有效的方式。近年来,随着我国人口的不断增长,二胎政策的放开,建筑行业的发展一直都处于一种比较快速的发展状态,因此,对于高素质的建筑专业人才也一直都具有较大的需求。工程造价专业作为建筑行业中较为典型的专业之一,也应该积极顺应这种教育趋势的发展,建立产教融合,协同育人的机制,提高学生的专业技能,同时也为社会输送更为优秀的人才。本文首先对工程造价专业的一些基本情况进行了简单的分析,其次介绍了产教融合的协同教育机制对于工程造价专业学生的重要性,最后就如何在工程造价专业中建立产教融合的协同育人机制提出了建议,希望可以促进“学校-企业-社会”的更进一步发展。
With the continuous development of society,all walks of life have gradually increased the demand for talents. Nowadays, integration of industry and education and collaborative education are the main direction of the development of education industry,and also the most effective way to achieve "win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises" in the current market economy. In recent years,with the continuous growth of China's population and the liberalization of the second child policy,the development of the construction industry has been in a relatively rapid state of development. Therefore,there has been a great demand for high-quality construction professionals. As one of the typical specialties in the construction industry,engineering cost specialty should actively comply with the development of this educational trend,establish a mechanism of integration of industry and education,cooperate with education,improve students' professional skills,and also provide more excellent talents for the society. This paper first makes a simple analysis of some basic conditions of engineering cost specialty,then introduces the importance of the cooperative education mechanism of integration of industry and education for Engineering Cost Specialty students, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to establish the cooperative educationmechanismof integration of industry and education in engineering cost specialty,hoping to promote the further development of "school-enterprise-society".
