摘要
在我国当前的现代化建设中,高职院校提供了大量的技术型人才,是我国社会建设的重要支持之一。在高职院校的发展中,本着校企协调的原则,在校企共同体的视域下,进一步的建设和发展“双师型”教师队伍,有利于高职院校教师核心素养的提升、有利于高职院校课程体系的改革、更有利于校企联动的实施。为此,基于校企共同体对高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设路径的思考具有极高的理论价值和现实意义。
In China's current modernization construction,higher vocational colleges provide a large number of technical talents, which is one of the important support for China's social construction. In the development of Higher Vocational colleges, in line with the principle of school-enterprise coordination,and in the perspective of school-enterprise community,further construction and development of "double-qualified" teachers team is conducive to the improvement of core quality of teachers in Higher Vocational colleges,the reform of curriculum system in Higher Vocational colleges,and the implementation of schoolenterprise linkage. Therefore,based on the school-enterprise community,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to think about the construction path of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges.
