Lifetime Tracks and Textual Study of Wu Jian

闽清人吴鉴是元代海外交通史研究中不可忽视的人物,其代表作《清净寺记》历来受到学术界的重视。可惜,吴鉴的文集已散佚,导致后人对于吴鉴的生平知之甚少,无法全面了解其学术贡献。为此,简要勾勒吴鉴的行迹,考证其家世、交游、著述诸况,以彰显先贤之风采。

Minqing Wu Jian is an important figure for the study of the Yuan Dynasty maritime transportation history for years in academia for his representative work Record on Qingjing Mosque. Regrettably, his academic contribution and his life are not well known to later generations due to the fact that few of his works are kept till today. This writing is to sketch up the outline of his life tracks, his family history, friends he made and works he wrote, to memorize his achievement.
