新形势下大学生学情对小语种教师专业发展的双向影响

摘要 本文采用了访谈法,以宁波大学德语专业本科生和专任教师为主要受访对象,根据访谈结果总结了新形势下90后、00后小语种专业大学生学情的普遍特点,并据此对包括德语在内的高校小语种教学改革提出了针对性建议,以期提高教师的专业教学效果,为提升高校小语种人才培养质量提供参考和借鉴。 This paper adopts the interview method and takes the undergraduates and full-time teachers of German major in Ningbo University as the main subjects. According to the interview results,it summarizes the general characteristics of the learning conditions of the post-90s and post-00s students majoring in small languages under the new situation,and accordingly puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the reform of teaching of small languages in universities,including German,in order to improve the professional teaching effect of teachers and enhance the small language teaching in colleges and universities, and provide reference for the quality of language talent training.
