新时代高校思想政治理论课教师育人能力建设探究

随着习近平新时代的到来,高校的思想政治理论课的教学内容也发生了一定的变化,这就导致教师在育人方面要做出一些调整,积极地把握新时代的思想内涵,增强思政教育过程中师生的满足感,教师要做到多方面把握,突出重点,打造高效的思政教育方式。相关高校还应积极提高本校教师的教学技术能力,完善教师相应考核机制,建立完善的思政教师管理体系,保证教师通过思政教学完成学生的价值观的提升。

With the advent of Xi Jinping's new era,the teaching content of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities has changed to some extent,which leads to some adjustments in the aspect of educating people,actively grasping the ideological connotation of the new era,enhancing the satisfaction of teachers and students in the process of Ideological and political education,teachers should grasp in many ways,highlight the key points and create an efficient way of Ideological and political education. Relevant colleges and universities should also actively improve their teachers' teaching technology ability,improve the corresponding assessment mechanism of teachers,establish a sound management system of Ideological and political teachers,and ensure that teachers can complete the improvement of students' values through ideological and political teaching.
