高校贫困大学生资助育人工作探究

贫困大学生资助主要是针对一些家庭收入水平不高,无法支持学生正常完成学业,而学生自身上进心强,渴望学习的学生进行资助。贫困大学生资助中建立全员育人机制,符合国家“三全育人”原则。积极开展资助工作,解决大学生经济困难,解决贫困大学生心理、学业、就业等问题,可以让资助工作富含“育人”意味,促进学生合理发展。在贫困大学生资助中落实“全员育人”,需各个部门明确自身职责,以科学的渠道、方式,建立育人机制,为学生综合发展奠定基础。

Poor college students' financial aid is mainly aimed at those students whose family income level is not high enough to support them to complete their studies normally,while students are self-motivated and eager to learn. It is in line with the principle of "three-round education" of the state to establish a mechanism of all-round education for poor college students. Actively carrying out the financial aid work,solving the economic difficulties of college students and solving the psychological, academic and employment problems of poor college students can enrich the financial aid work with the meaning of "educating people" and promote the rational development of students. In order to implement "all-staff education" in the aid of poor college students,it is necessary for each department to clarify its own responsibilities,establish a mechanism of education through scientific channels and ways,and lay a foundation for the comprehensive development of students.
