高职院校教学管理问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。上世纪90年代末,教育部大力发展高等职业教育,迄今为止已有二十余年。期间为社会培养了大批的应用型技能人才。随着科技和社会的不断发展,对高等职业院校提出了更高的要求。本文对高等职业院校教学管理中出现的问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应的对策。

Higher vocational education is an important part of China's higher education. From the 1990s, the ministry of education developed higher vocational education, so far more than 20 years. It has trained a large number of applied skills for the society. With the continuous development of technology and society, higher requirements have been put forward for higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems in the teaching management of higher vocational colleges and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
