摘要
以金融管理专业为试点,探索实施现代学徒制人才培养模式,通过实施分段式育人机制、行校企合作育人机制和多元化评价机制等"双主体"育人机制,推进招生招工一体化,完善人才培养制度和标准,建设校企互聘共用的师资队伍等方面的改革与实践,人才培养质量显著提升。试点工作在创新金融人才培养模式,推进现代金融职业教育长效发展,构建产教融合的实践育人体系,有效提升学生职业素养等方面取得了明显成效,对高职院校深化校企合作,创新金融人才培养模式具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the major of financial management as a pilot project,this paper explores and implements the training mode of modern apprenticeship talents.Through the implementation of the "two-subject" education mechanism,such as the sectional education mechanism,the cooperative education mechanism between schools and enterprises,and the diversified evaluation mechanism,it promotes the integration of recruitment and employment,improves the training system and standards,and builds a common teaching staff between schools and enterprises.The quality has been significantly improved.The pilot work has achieved remarkable results in innovating the training mode of financial talents,promoting the long-term development of modern financial vocational education,building a practical education system of integration of industry and education,and effectively improving students’ professional quality.It has certain reference significance for deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and innovating the training mode of financial talents in higher vocational colleges.
