高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的探索与实践 被引量:6

摘要 高校专业课教师与辅导员工作在学生教育的第一线,是与学生接触最为密切、影响最大的两支教育力量,在实际育人工作中,两者有很大的合作空间和价值。本文以云南农业大学蜂学系学生培养为例,借鉴前人研究成果,对高校专业课教师和辅导员协同育人工作的现状及不足进行了分析,并在此基础上探讨了如何构建和完善辅导员与专业课教师协同育人机制。 Teachers and counselors of professional courses in colleges and universities work in the front line of student education.They are the two educational forces that have the closest contact with students and the greatest influence.In the actual work of educating students,they have great cooperation space and value.Taking the cultivation of bee students in Yunnan Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation and shortcomings of the collaborative education of college professional course teachers and instructors,and discussed how to construct and improve the mechanism of collaborative education between instructors and professional course teachers.
