应用型本科师资建设探讨与实践

摘要 发展应用型本科教育是我国高等教育大众化阶段可持续发展的必然选择。任何高校发展建设的主线都是其师资队伍的建设。在应用型高校师资队伍建设过程中,我们注意研究与探讨如下问题:应用型本科在整个高校语境下的定位,由此明确了师资建设的基本框架;师资建设中科研与教学的协同互动,由此探寻师资建设的有效途径;相关政策措施的扶持:由此营育师资建设的良好环境。 The development of application-oriented undergraduate education is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of higher education popularization stage in China. The main task of the development and construction of any university is the construction of its teaching staff. In the process of the teaching staff construction of application-oriented universities, we pay attention to the following issues: the orientation of the application-oriented undergraduate in the context of the entire university has clarified the basic framework of teaching staff construction;the synergistic interaction between scientific research and teaching, thus exploring the effective way of teaching staff construction;support of relevant policies and measures, so as to foster a good environment for the construction of teaching staff.
