心理咨询与治疗专业伦理是来访者和从业者的安全和权益得到保障的基础性条件。《中国心理学会临床与咨询心理学工作伦理守则》颁布至今已有十二年。在这十二年中,心理咨询与治疗专业伦理研究有所发展,特别是在保密与保密突破、双重关系和知情同意等敏感性较高的具体伦理议题上研究成果较为突出。从业年限、职业背景、伦理教育或培训、督导和决策风格等心理咨询与治疗专业伦理的影响因素也受到研究者们的关注。归纳整理十二年内心理咨询与治疗专业伦理研究并加以分析,对明确今后研究的具体方向,促进心理咨询与治疗专业伦理研究发展具有重要的现实意义。

Professional ethics of psychological counseling and therapy is the basic condition for the safety and rights of visitors and practitioners to be guaranteed. Twelve years have passed since the promulgation of the Code of Ethics for Clinical and Counseling Psychological Practice of Chinese Psychological Society. In these twelve years, the research on professional ethics of psychological counseling and therapy has developed, especially more prominent research results on the specific ethical issues which are more sensitive, such as confidentiality and breaking confidentiality, double relationship and informed consent. The influencing factors of professional ethics of psychological counseling and therapy are also concerned by researchers, such as years of service, career background, ethical education or training, supervision and style of decision. It is of great practical significance to summarize and analyze the researches on professional ethics of psychological counseling and therapy in the past twelve years, which will identify the specific direction of future research and promote the development of the research on professional ethics of psychological counseling and therapy.
