摘要
本文在对现阶段传统大学生心理健康教育课程的教学现状进行分析的基础上,提出了积极心理学视角下的心理健康教育,旨在挖掘学生潜能,培育积极向上的人格品质。随着教学改革的不断推进,针对中国学生的对分课堂教学模式应运而生,对分课堂为基于积极心理学视角下大学生心理健康教育课程提供了新的教学理念和可能性。
Based on the analysis of the current teaching situation of traditional college students' mental health education curriculum, this paper puts forward mental health education from the perspective of positive psychology, aiming at tapping students' potential and cultivating positive personality traits. With the continuous advancement of teaching reform, the sub-class teaching model for Chinese students emerges as the times require. The sub-class provides a new teaching concept and possibility for the course of mental health education for college students from the perspective of positive psychology.
