工科“学困生”成因分析及转化策略研究

摘要 工科院校在开展学生思想教育时,需要从他们的实际状况出发,结合工科学生的特点,这样才能确保教育质量,才能提升工科学生学习积极性。但就目前状况来看,工科"学困生"学习方面存在诸多问题,需要制定科学的应对策略,以达到新时期高校学生工作目标。在此背景下,本文首先对"学困生"的含义进行了介绍,其次分析了工科"学困生"的成因,最后探讨了工科"学困生"教育转化策略,以提高工科"学困生"的学习能力,转变他们的学习态度,为今后他们的学习、工作奠定良好基础。 In order to ensure the quality of education and enhance the learning enthusiasm of engineering students,engineering colleges should proceed from their actual situation and combine the characteristics of Engineering students.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,there are many problems in the study of Engineering "students with learning difficulties",and it is necessary to formulate scientific strategies to achieve the goal of college students’ work in the new era.In this context,this paper first introduces the meaning of "students with learning difficulties",then analyses the causes of "students with learning difficulties" in engineering,and finally explores the transformation strategy of "students with learning difficulties" in engineering education,in order to improve the learning ability of "students with learning difficulties" in engineering,change their learning attitude,and lay a good foundation for their future study and work.
