新时代背景下高校来华留学生管理中的思想教育问题

近些年来,随着我国经济的快速发展和综合国力的不断提升,来华访问的留学生数量也在不断地增加。从培养高素质、高水平人才的角度分析,结合教育趋向国际化和专业化的方针,在对留学生进行管理的过程中,许多实际问题都急需关注且亟待解决。加强高校来华留学生的思想教育,一方面能够促使高校校园形成更加良好的学习氛围,另一方面对高校来华留学生的的管理和教育也会产生可观的积极作用,对于提高高校来华留学生的综合素养也会带来相应的促进作用。本文以此为出发点,对新时代背景下高校来华留学生管理中的思想教育问题作出详细分析。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength, the number of foreign students visiting China is also increasing. From the perspective of training high-quality and high-level talents, combined with the policy of internationalization and specialization of education, many practical problems need urgent attention and solution in the process of managing foreign students. Strengthening the ideological education of overseas students in colleges and universities can not only promote the formation of a better learning atmosphere on the campus of colleges and universities, but also produce considerable positive effects on the management and education of overseas students in colleges and universities, which will also bring corresponding promotion to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of overseas students in colleges and universities in China. Taking this as a starting point, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the ideological and educational problems in the management of overseas students in Universities in China under the new era background.
