Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of the Initiatives of Activists in Higher Medical Colleges

思想汇报是是党组织对于入党积极分子思想动态进行把控的有效渠道。作为学生党务工作者,在实践过程中发现思想汇报汇存在诸多问题,查阅某高等医科院校的30名入党积极分子的142份电子版思想汇报,通过主体框架分析法发现存在格式不规范、抄袭范文或摘录知识性内容、总结反思较少等问题,分析认为积极分子重视程度不足、党组织考察机制不完善是主要原因,总结得出"知信行"转变积极分子态度、完善党组织考察机制的解决方案。

The ideological report is an important link in the process of party members' development work, and an effective channel for party organizations to control the ideological dynamics of party activists. As a student party worker, there are many problems in the ideological remarks. Through the stratified sampling method, 142 electronic opinions of 30 party activists from a higher medical college are reported. The main frame analysis method finds that the format is not standardized. The problem of not being active enough, copying essays or excerpting intellectual content, summarizing less reflections, and not fully understanding their own problems, the analysis is that the lack of attention of activists and the imperfect mechanism of party organizations are the main reasons."Knowledge and trust" has changed the attitude of activists and perfected the solution of the party organization inspection mechanism.
