工匠精神引领下的高职学生职业能力培养研究

Research on Vocational Ability Training of Higher Vocational College Students Guided by Craftsman Spirit

高职院校是我国新时期人才培养的重要基地,在经济社会发展和人才建设等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。尤其是经济时代的到来,社会发展对人才的质量和要求越来越高,高职院校也要迎合时代的发展,重视培养学生的职业能力和工作适应能力,以“工匠精神”为引领,对培养学生的职业能力和综合素养有重要的意义。本文结合工匠精神的重要性,探讨了高职院校发展中,以工匠精神为引领的高职学生职业能力的培养措施。

Higher vocational colleges are an important base for talent cultivation in the new period of our country. They play an irreplaceable role in economic and social development and talent construction. Especially with the advent of the economic era,the quality and requirements of talents are getting higher and higher. Higher vocational colleges should also cater to the development of the times,pay attention to training students' professional ability and work adaptability,and take "craftsman spirit" as the guide,which is of great significance to cultivate students' professional ability and comprehensive quality. Combining with the importance of craftsman spirit,this paper discusses the measures to cultivate vocational ability of vocational college students guided by craftsman spirit in the development of vocational colleges.
