基于综合能力培养的校外实践基地建设探索研究——以土地资源管理专业为例

Exploration and Research on the Construction of Off-campus Practice Base Based on the Cultivation of Comprehensive Ability——Take Land Resources Management as an Example

该文采用问卷调查、统计分析等研究方法,综合考虑实习基地对学生的保障条件状况、基地本身的企业氛围、与学校理论实践课程匹配程度、学生综合能力提升等方面,调查和分析土地资源管理专业实习生提出的校外实习基地存在的问题。研究表明,校外实践基地和学校均存在一定不足,针对问题,从学校和基地两个层面提出相应的对策和建议。

By means of questionnaires and statistical analysis,this paper investigates and analyses the problems existing in the off-campus practice base proposed by the land resource management interns,taking into account the guarantee conditions of the practice base for students,the enterprise atmosphere of the base itself,the degree of matching with the theoretical and practical courses of the school,and the improvement of the students' comprehensive abilities. The research shows that there are some shortcomings in the practice bases outside school and schools. In view of the problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the two levels of schools and bases.
