基于O2O模式提高易班使用黏性的研究

Study on Improving the Viscosity of E-Class Operation Based on O2O Model

互联网技术的迅速发展,给高校的网络思政教育带来了很多机遇和挑战,易班作为大学生网络互动社区,正成为高校德育的重要载体。本文从易班黏性角度出发,分析了当前易班面临的问题及挑战,基于O2O(OnlineToOffice)模式,提出通过结合学生事务与发展中心大厅、辅导员实体工作室、实体班级建设及学生组织联动四种方式来有效提高易班用户的活跃度及黏性。

The rapid development of Internet technology has brought many opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education on the Internet in colleges and universities. As an interactive network community of college students,EClass is becoming an important carrier of moral education in colleges and universities. From the point of view of class-changing stickiness,this paper analyses the problems and challenges faced by class-changing at present. Based on the model of Online To Office,this paper proposes four ways to effectively improve the activity and stickiness of class-changing users,which are the hall of Student Affairs and Development Center,the entity studio of counselors,the construction of entity classes and the linkage of student organizations.
