摘要
对妇产科护理实训内容进行选择及重新序化,按照不同参照系设计不同学习情景任务,设计微课及引导文,应用于妇产科护理实训中构建翻转课堂教学模式。教师以观察、引导、调节为主,学生通过自学微课,利用引导文自主探究知识点,通过小组协助制定出情景任务的操作方案,分组练习并相互核查,通过分组演示,错位评分进行考核,组内反思汇报等连贯的学习活动,对实训任务进行“获取—反思—内化—实践”的实践过程,从而使知识内化为个体的能力。
The contents of gynecological and obstetric nursing training were selected and reordered. Different learning scenarios and tasks were designed according to different reference systems. Micro-lessons and guidance texts were designed and applied in gynecological and obstetric nursing training to construct the flip classroom teaching mode. Teachers focus on observation, guidance and regulation. Students explore knowledge points independently through self-taught micro-lessons,guided texts,help to formulate scenario tasks by groups,practice in groups and check with each other,assess by group demonstration, misplacement score,and reflect and report in groups,and conduct coherent learning activities such as "acquisition-reflection- internalization-practice" on training tasks,so as to internalize knowledge into individual ability.
