高职辅导员参与创业教育的现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasure of Higher Vocational Counselors’ Participation in Entrepreneurship Education

随着我国在国际舞台上地位的提高和综合国力的提升,对于创业创新型人才需求也增多,这就要求社会教育在素质教育的前提下,培养学生创业意识和创新思维,高职教育也排在了教育行业中较为重要的行列。因为高职辅导员是学生生活和学习最直接接触的管理人和指导人,这就增加了对高职辅导员的深化培养和能力开发,让高职辅导员参与学生创业教育中,更能优先的发现学生对于创业创新的看法,然后从根本上引导高职学生的创业意识和提升学生的创业能力。

With the improvement of China's position in the international arena and comprehensive national strength,there is an increasing demand for entrepreneurial and innovative talents,which requires social education to cultivate students' entrepreneurial awareness and innovative thinking on the premise of quality education. Higher vocational education is also ranked among the more important ranks in the education industry. Higher vocational counselors are the administrators and instructors who are most directly in contact with students' life and learning,this increases the deepening training and capacity development of higher vocational counselors,so that higher vocational counselors can participate in students' entrepreneurship education, and can give priority to discovering students' views on entrepreneurship innovation,and then fundamentally guide higher vocational students' entrepreneurship awareness and enhance students' entrepreneurship ability.
