大流通背景下普通高校图书馆书库建设的对策研究——以许昌学院图书馆为例

Research on the Countermeasure of Library Construction of University Library under the Background of Large Circulation——Take Library of Xuchang University as an example

从普通高校图书馆大流通服务的特点出发,结合许昌学院逸夫图书馆转型案例,通过深入分析书库建设中存在的问题,提出资金支持、制度改革、加强借阅知识教育、主题书架改革、馆员素质培养和开展个性服务等对策建议。

Starting from the characteristics of large circulation service in University Libraries and combining with the transformation case of Yifu Library in Xuchang University,this paper deeply analyses the problems existing in the construction of library,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as financial support,system reform,strengthening the education of borrowing knowledge,subject bookshelf reform,librarian quality training and developing personality service.
